NXP’s Business Line Sound Solutions has been awarded by Sony Ericsson as the best supplier 2010 in the area Electromechanics. With this award Sony Ericsson recognizes suppliers for especially innovative and collaborative working practices. 

“We are pleased to receive this special recognition for our sound products and understand it as a strong endorsement of our long-time partnership with Sony Ericsson, which is among the top brands in the mobile phone market”, said Ernst Müllner, general manager, Sound Solutions, NXP Semiconductors.
The award was handed over to Sound Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer Franz Obenaus during the annual Sony Ericsson Vendor Conference in Beijing in September.
