Middle Power LED

Samsung’s Mid Power LED range covers powers from very standard 0.1W (PLCC2) up to 0.5W (5252) and with luminous intensity and flux up to more than 7cd / 20lm.

Samsung’s Mid Power LED range (> 60mA) covers also the complete white spectrum from cold to warm white within a tight binning scheme. The performance of the LEDs is furthermore characterised by an excellent thermal resistance and a high lumen output.

They offer long life time and high efficiency and are ideal for lighting and signage applications and for the design of light bar, LED tube, Planar lighting, etc.
